MANAGER SPECIAL, sold as is. Two marble pillars, and large slab top. These items are very heavy. There is another smaller top inside one of the pillars.

Notice: The laws change from State to State however in some states, the defaulted tenant has the legal right to cure the account thus canceling the auction up until the cash payment is received from the winning bidder.
Additional Terms: 48 hours to pay in cash, 48 hours after payment to empty and clean unit. Payment must be made during office hours. Office hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 9 am to 3 pm.
